Paul founded the company in 1984 and directly oversees the operation of the laboratory. He has extensive experience in all levels of analysis exposure, including GC/MS analysis for volatile, semi-volatile, organics, inorganics, PLM, PCM, and TEM in numerous matrices. He is a member of American Institute of Plant Engineers, American Waterworks Association, NYS Association of Approved Environmental, Laboratories (past President 1982-1984), New York Water Pollution Control Association, and Water Environment Federation. He holds a B.S. in Biology and A.A.S. in Biology from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Terry has executive responsibility for overall supervision of analytical protocol and method compliance, long and short term planning of equipment requirements and maintenance for all analytical, industrial hygiene and product/materials testing programs. Experience includes all levels of analysis exposure, including volatiles, semivolatiles, organics and inorganics on numerous matrices. Oversee all analytical purchases of equipment and standards. He is a member of the American Chemical Society, New York State Business Council, and the Connecticut Business & Industry Association. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from SUNY-Oneonta.

Tara has 29 years of experience in Environmental and Industrial Hygiene analysis. Her fields of competence include Hazardous Waste Characterization (TCLP/RCRA), EPA CLP – NYS ASP Protocols, SPDES/NPDES Permit, Application/Renewal, Groundwater Monitoring, Wastewater Monitoring, and Industrial Hygiene Analysis (NIOSH/OSHA). She is a member of the American Chemical Society and the Association of Official Analytical Chemists and holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Russell Sage College.

Cameron has been manager and senior industrial hygienist with Adirondack for twelve years, and served for eight years as Industrial Hygiene Officer for the U.S. Navy. His fields of competence include exposure assessments and indoor air quality evaluations; occupational safety, environmental health, and industrial hygiene programs and trainings in Respiratory Protection, Hearing Conservation, Sight Conservation, Personal Protective Equipment, Lead Control, and Hazardous Material and Waste Handling; industrial hygiene sampling plans and strategies; evaluation of contaminant engineering control systems and indoor air quality; and interpretation of OSHA, EPA, DOD, DON, DOH, DOT, and DOE regulations. Cameron holds a B.S. in Marine Biology from Roger Williams College, an M.S. in Sanitary Sciences from Syracuse University, a Master Training Specialist from the U.S. Navy, and is a Board Certified Industrial Hygienist.

Thomas has 25 years of experience in TEM, SEM, X-ray analysis techniques, polarized light microscopy, phase contrast microscopy, and quality assurance, and manages Adirondack's microscopy technicians. He is licensed by NYS as an Asbestos Inspector/Supervisor, and holds certifications in analytical electron microscopy and air & water pollution control. He is a member of EMSA, NY Society of Electron Microscopy, NE Association for Microscopy, SE Electron Microscopy Society, National Asbestos Council, and White Lung Association. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from SUNY-Plattsburgh, and an A.A.S. in Public Health from Sullivan County Community College.

Mike has 15 years of experience in the field, including RCRA, Part 360, SPDES, NPDES, asbestos and industrial hygiene projects. He supervises department activities for compliance and non-compliance programs, including sampling of wastewater, waste, ground water, soil, air and bulk. Extensive analytical laboratory experience includes metals analysis on such equipment as ICP, flame AA and graphite furnace. Mike is a member of the National Groundwater Association and the Air and Waste Management Association.  He holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from SUNY-Plattsburgh.

Chris has 21 years of analytical experience, including GC/MS analysis for volatile and semi-volatile organics, metals preparation and analysis using ICP, Flame AA, Furnace AA and Cold Vapor AA techniques, analysis of inorganics in water, soil/solids/hazardous waste and air. He is responsible for all aspects of analytical quality control/quality assurance, including review of final reports, ASP/CLP reports, development and review of disk deliverables, review of analytical methods and maintenance of certification status. Review and approval of source testing protocols and reports. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from SUNY-Albany.

Mark has been in the Environmental Laboratory Testing field for over 25 years holding various positions, including chemist, organic laboratory manager, and fifteen years as a technical representative in sales and marketing. He has 10 years of analytical experience, including GC/MS analysis for volatile and semi-volatile organics. He is a member of Air & Waste Management Association, American Chemical Society and Solid Waste Association of North America. Mark holds a B.S. in Chemistry from SUNY Buffalo. He presently is Adirondack's Western NY Technical Service Representative.
